IT ALL STARTED WITH A BASEMENT REMODEL.
One fall day in 1997, the editor of Rocky Mountain News’ Spotlight Section wandered through the Fall Home Show and found herself intrigued by a new company offering a unique service: specialty basement finishing. Writing an article was the result of her research and interviews. Our exciting new organization, Finished Basement Company, was featured on the front page of the Rocky Mountain News two weeks after we had connected our phones.
We at Finished Basement Company design and build great basements. Since our founding, we’ve finished more basements than anyone in the nation while developing into a premier design-build company specializing exclusively in basement remodels.
However, an interesting thing happened. Those basements we completed were enjoyed by happy families, and the rest of their homes had to feel as well-designed as those basements. How could we refuse?
