Typically, FBC’s build process and scheduling are the tightest in the industry, which means many projects are completed within 10 – 12 weeks.
IT ALL STARTED WITH A BASEMENT REMODEL.
During the Fall 1997 Home Show, the editor of the Rocky Mountain News’ Spotlight Section stumbled upon a new company that offered a service she had never seen before: specialty basement finishing. She conducted interviews and research and wrote an article. Our exciting new organization, Finished Basement Company, was published on the front page of the Rocky Mountain News two weeks later (and three days before our phones were connected).
At Finished Basement Company, we design and build basements that are great. Having completed more basements than anyone else in the country, we have grown into a premier design-build firm specializing solely in basement remodels.
However, something funny happened. We finished all of those basements, and the families who lived in them enjoyed them, so they wanted their homes to be designed the same way. It was impossible to refuse. We offer our design/build process for any part of your home – kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, and specialty rooms – because we’re dedicated to creating great spaces that matter.
