Start to finish, our experience with FBC was overall very positive. Realistically, no remodeling project is perfect in its execution, and ours was no exception to this rule. However, our project manager, Gene Kieker, and the various subcontractors demonstrated competence, professionalism, patience, and pride in their work. There were some issues along the way, some design changes at our request, and some tweaks and corrective work that were needed during and after construction, as expected. FBC and the subs rectified the outstanding problems that we pointed out. The schedule was adhered to remarkably closely, with all major work being finished within our expected timeframe with minimal down time during the construction phase. Five stars well deserved!
