Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000

Ideal Canidate:
- At least 5 years’ experience in residential construction estimation.
- Experience in detailed reading of plans and reviewing construction documents.
- Clear communicator able to work across design, production, and client-facing teams.
- Refined organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in using and understanding Excel.
- Comfortable using digital estimating tools and managing data within internal systems (e.g., Buildertrend).
- Enthusiastic about building process-driven systems and working in a collaborative culture.
- Preferred understanding of basic codes associated with the construction process.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, interior design, or project management is helpful but not required.
