Katie Bennett

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and I live here in the Twin Cities now. My background is project, workflow, and business management. I have studied and practiced many forms of Project Management with the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance, and I have certifications in both. Additionally, I have learned and adopted workflow and management philosophies such as Theory of Constraints and Servant Leadership. I started my Project Management journey in IT, but I then found my passion in residential remodeling, and I will never turn back. I love working at FBC Remodel because it allows me to use my broad set of skills and experience to help clients see their visions and home remodeling dreams become a reality. Outside of doing what I love for work, I love spending time outside in nature with my three dogs, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family.

HOW DO YOU BUILD JOY® FOR CLIENTS?

Remodeling can be a tough experience without properly managed and communicated timelines, scopes of work, costs, and clearly set expectations. I truly enjoy closely overseeing and clearly communicating all aspects of a project with my clients. It’s my job to help educate the people I get the opportunity to work with, to keep them as informed as possible throughout the process, and to keep things running as smoothly as possible. With a transparent and smooth process, I can help bring joy to my clients as their remodeling dreams come to life!
