Gabbie Burlingame
Born and raised in Illinois, I have been a chronic “rearranger” since I was a child. My passion for Interior Design blossomed from “surprising” my parents to various rearranged spaces on a nearly monthly basis! After 7 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, the sudden loss of my father spurred a career pivot towards my dream job working as an Interior Designer. Now, working in a position that was once a dream- I strive to empower others with knowledge while using my creativity to bring our client’s visions to life. While Interior Design is my passion, I spend my weekends soaking in time with friends and family and ending the day with a warm cup of tea and a good book.
What is your design philosophy? OR Where do you find design inspiration?
My design philosophy is rooted in timeless design principles. I recognize the inevitability of change and the need for spaces to evolve with shifting circumstances. Through thoughtful planning and flexible spaces, I aim to create interiors that can adapt and change with the needs of the homeowners. By focusing on a design that includes character, versatility and longevity, I ensure that the spaces I create remain relevant and resilient to the face of changing tastes and lifestyles.
