IT ALL STARTED WITH A BASEMENT REMODEL.
As the editor of Rocky Mountain News’ Spotlight Section wandered through the Fall Home Show in 1997, she was intrigued by a new company offering a unique service: specialty basement finishing. Her research and interviews led to the writing of an article. Finished Basement Company, our exciting new organization, was featured on the front page of the Rocky Mountain News two weeks after we connected our phones.
Finished Basement Company designs and builds great basements. As a premier design-build company specializing exclusively in basement remodels, we have finished more basements than anyone else since we were founded.
However, something interesting happened. After we completed those basements, they were enjoyed by happy families, and the rest of their homes had to feel as well-designed as those basements. It was impossible to turn them down.
